Do you offer free trials?

We don't offer free trials on StoriiCare as we find providers get the best experience when they view their own imported and customized data during their first log-in. Even though we don’t have free trials, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our plans. After you have an initial call, we set up a paid subscription for you and take you through our onboarding process to make sure you’re getting maximum value from StoriiCare. If you didn’t like StoriiCare for any reason within the first 30 days of starting your subscription, we will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked!

How many staff can I have on StoriiCare?

Unlimited! We do not limit the number of staff profiles that can be created on StoriiCare.
There are a host of other features and reports that can simplify and improve efficiency in your day-to-day responsibilities in addition to reducing the need for many paper records.

Does StoriiCare have a referral program?

Yes! For every new care provider you successfully refer to StoriiCare we will provide you with a $300 (or relevant currency) Amazon Voucher! This can alternatively be credited towards your subscription if preferred.

What kind of support does StoriiCare provide?

In addition to training, support sessions and short explainer videos, StoriiCare provides extensive staff and management support via a searchable knowledge base, phone support and direct live chat with the StoriiCare team. Phone support and live chat is live from 1AM PST - 5PM PST Monday - Friday.
