StoriiCare Product Update #1 - February 2018
One of our New Years resolutions is to keep our following better informed of product updates.
From now on we'll be posting regular blog posts for feature updates and releases, in addition to contacting StoriiCare clients directly.
We've been super busy at StoriiCare recently, working closely with clients to test and release new features. Some of our larger releases in the last 3 months are listed below.
➡ New Staff Dashboard
We've re-vamped our staff dashboard, adding some useful features. View upcoming birthdays and events at a glance in addition to every recent action completed on StoriiCare. The main tools you access daily from the staff dashboard will remain, but take up less space on the page.
➡ Activity Calendar
🥁 Introducing the StoriiCare activity calendar! Modernise your care schedule by consolidating your events into one place. Schedule and view one-off or recurring events from any device.
➡ General Notes
The General Notes feature allows staff to record nursing or general notes regarding individual service users or the service as a whole. General Notes are accessible both from staff dashboard and directly from each Service User's profile.
Schedule single or recurring tasks, ranging from digital or paper assessments to clinical care tasks. Assign tasks to service users and staff, or keep them open to being completed by anyone. When tasks become overdue they are flagged in the manager's dashboard.
➡ Activity Logging V2
We had multiple requests for a declined button for when a service user is offered participation but declines. Thank you! This is now live in addition to a simplified method of recording engagement and mood.
➡ Activity Analytics
Make use of the data you record daily to inform your activity planning and conduct reviews of service user engagement. PDF's can now also be generated and auto-emailed to relevant stakeholders.
➡ Care Planning
We launched our next-generation digital care plans, which integrate with our outcomes feature. Create support needs for service users and track changes over time with clear audit trails.
➡ We updated the Care Tab
We had feedback that the order of our Service User care tab could be improved, so we swapped up to the new arrangement below. We feel this is more of a natural order of functionality.
