➡ 🚀Storii Product Hunt Release!

Our new consumer product Storii has been 'hunted' on popular technology website Product Hunt, just in time for Mother's Day. Our listing will be live on Thursday May 5th and we would really appreciate support from our StoriiCare community to upvote, comment and review our product! You can find our listing via this link.

➡ Face Sheet/Care Overview Export Templates

One of our most requested features is now live! You can now create and save templates within the Overview/Face Sheet export area. Users will no longer have to manually select each data point they require every time they export on StoriiCare. Simply choose the data points you require for your desired report, and select 'Add template'. You will be prompted to name your template and save it.

Now, whenever you require a specific report, simply select the pre-defined template from the template dropdown and choose your preferred export option.

Please note that Templates will also save specific filters that have been applied to a field (e.g. A filter applied to the 'Main Diagnosis' field to only display participants with a 'Diabetes' Diagnosis will still be applied to that field within a template.)

➡ Handover Staff Filter

The Handover feature now allows for staff and staff group filtering. A key use case of this update includes filtering to see what a specific staff member has completed on StoriiCare within a set period of time.

➡ Feature Permissions

We re-arranged Feature Permissions within the permission levels settings area to be in alphabetical order. We also added a new permission level for Activity Attendance. This now allows any client to have more specific activity permissions for staff. E.g. Management may wish to allow a staff member to take activity attendance from scheduled calendar events, but not take Ad Hoc activity attendance.

➡ 'Read all' and 'Filter by unread' for 'Read by' Feature

If you have the 'Read by' feature enabled for Progress Notes, Staff Noticeboard or Care Plan, you will now have the ability to Mark All notes as 'Read', or filter to solely display all unread notes. This is particularly useful for staff members that may need to catch up on all unread notes over a set time period, or if they have been away for an extended time period and need to mark hundreds or thousands of notes as 'Read' with one click.

➡ Contacts Filtered Exporting

Contacts can now be filtered prior to exporting. Filters include text, contact category, Service User Group or Specific Service User(s). Clients can now export specific groups of contacts such as a list of Emergency Contacts or all contacts pertaining to a specific group of Service Users.

➡ Smaller Updates

Our team are regularly running system speed improvement updates and bug fixes. In addition to the above feature updates, we have also made the below smaller updates to StoriiCare this month:

  • System Alert Redesign (now appearing at the bottom right instead of upper left)
  • Calendar View Attendance button is now 'View/Edit Attendance' to emphasise you can edit attendance by clicking into the attendance record
  • Contacts updates will now show in recent actions
  • Activity Participation CSV exports now Include Activity engagement, mood and individual service user notes.
  • 'Any time' is now 'All day' on calendar events

Thank you for all your feedback! We truly appreciate you helping us make StoriiCare the best it can be. If you have any feature ideas, feedback or interest in testing upcoming functionality, please visit our feature request board from your StoriiCare profile or get in touch!
