To enable this feature, access Progress Note settings and turn on the 'Share with Connections' toggle. When a Service User is selected in a progress note, you will see a 'Share' icon appear to the left of the 'Mark as flagged' icon. Once selected, the Progress Note will show up in that Service User's Connections' Feed on Storii Family.

Please note that only the Connections of the Service User selected will be able to see this note. To share a Progress Note with all Connections, ensure that all Service Users are selected in the note. An alternative would be to share a Community Announcement instead.

➡ Combined Overview Exports (CSV and PDF)

Exporting or Printing Service User data just got easier! In addition to our CSV ZIP Exports of individual Service User Overview data, clients can now export all Service User data in one combined CSV document, enabling easy analysis and data archival.

This is incredibly useful for a paper or off-line backup of client Facesheet/Overview data. Providers may wish to do a regular backup by using one of the 'All Service User's Overviews  options (CSV or PDF).

Clients now also have the ability to selectively export data responses. By selecting the filter icon next to the right of a field option in the Overview list, you are able to select specific data points for export via PDF or CSV. E.g. All the Service User's with Diabetes (see PDF generated below), or all the Service Users with Diabetes AND Dementia. This is useful if you need to cherry-pick key data points of your Service Users for export or review.

➡ End dates added to Medications

In addition to making a Medication historical, you can now include an end date for any medication. If an end date for a medication is within the month of a MAR chart creation, the days will show as crossed out from the end date.

➡ Limit features available on Storii Family

If preferred, you can now limit certain features for Connections using Storii Family. Simply head to Business Settings > Features > Storii Family Features. Both existing and new Connections invited will only see the features and updates you have enabled in this area. Please note that all features are enabled by default.

➡ CC Family Email Addresses

You can now CC any email to receive Service User email updates such as event reminders or life story reminders. This can be particularly useful for events Service Users have been invited to or RSVP to, as any family members or carers that are cc'd here will receive email notifications and reminders on behalf of the Service User. To setup an email CC, go to the settings of a service user, then to 'Email preferences'. From here you are able to add multiple emails by clicking the + icon.
