✅ Run Eligibility Checks in StoriiCare
An Eligibility tab is now accessible in Billing. From here, users can run eligibility checks for participants by entering a participant’s Name, Member ID, Payer, and the requested service type codes. The Status column will show whether a claim is Active or Failed. Clicking into an eligibility check will provide more detailed information about the participant’s plan and benefits.

🙂 Participant Profile Creation Using Forms
Enrolling new participants just got easier! Forms can now automatically create participant profiles when submitted - whether completed internally by staff or externally by families. Key data can be mapped directly to the Face Sheet using Linked Properties, reducing duplicate data entry and admin work. This update makes it simpler for prospective clients to complete enrollment paperwork from home while ensuring profiles and critical information are ready in StoriiCare the moment a form is submitted.
This update can be applied to your existing forms on StoriiCare. Simply head to the settings of any form and ensure ‘Allow Client/Participant Creation’ is checked - follow the new prompts on the Form Builder to align any required setup fees. Keep a lookout for a dedicated webinar on this update in the New Year!

📋 Care Plan Templates
Care Plan Templates are here to help teams save time and standardize care planning. Templates allow you to pre-fill sections of a Care Plan within specific categories, making it easy to apply consistent language across multiple participants - ideal for shared diagnoses or state-required formats. Staff can now load a template when adding a Care Plan, reducing repetitive typing, minimizing errors, and ensuring a consistent, person-centered approach across your organization.

🚩 NEW Compliance Dashboard
We’re excited to introduce the new Compliance Dashboard in StoriiCare, now accessible directly from the left-hand sidebar. This powerful new feature lets you set up your own system compliance checks so you can proactively monitor data completeness and care requirements across your organization.
Compliance checks can be configured for Vital Signs, Notes, and the Face Sheet, with additional modules planned for future releases. The Compliance Dashboard provides a clear compliance rating, with fully customizable thresholds to match your internal policies and regulatory requirements.
For example, you can track whether monthly vitals are being completed every 30 days or confirm that critical fields—like Allergies on the Face Sheet—are populated for every participant. It’s an easy, flexible way to stay audit-ready and confident in your data.

✍️ Progress Notes Templates
Give staff a consistent framework for documentation with reusable templates. Great for SOAP notes, Shift Handovers, Wound Care Follow-ups, and more. Head to Progress Notes settings to enable this functionality and create your own Note templates!

💊 MAR Chart: Print Next Month
You asked for it: MARs can now be prepared before the new month begins.
How it works:
- From MAR, choose the next month in the selector and download/print the full monthly MAR in advance—no more waiting until the 1st.
🔤 Alphabetized Filters
To improve consistency and discoverability, the Staff and Participant filters across StoriiCare’s features will display in alphabetical order.
To establish your preferred order (A to Z, or Z to A), go to the Staff and Participant tabs and click on the Sorting button (right side). This setting is specific to each staff member.
Furthermore, users can now sort Groups and Schedule entries, as well as exports, alphabetically. To do this, click on the Sorting button (on the right) to apply your preference.

➡️ New Tasks Icon
A green arrow appears when a task is generated on sign-in, and a red arrow appears when it is generated on sign-out. This makes it easy for users to quickly identify which tasks are being automatically created. These icons—along with a lightning bolt—also appear in Recent Actions for any tasks triggered by an automation.
