➡ Measurements Feature Beta Release

Clients will now have access to the Beta of our new Measurements feature. This is a work-in-progress feature and we will be monitoring usage and feedback closely to ensure it is fit for purpose.

Measurements Feature Summary

• Add measurement entries for each service user including current defaults: Weight, Height, Heart Rate, Temperature, Respiratory Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood O2 & Glucose
• Map trends in measurement entries over time
• Create unique custom measurement types via the 'cog' icon
• Edit entries where required

➡ Storii Family Weekly Roundup Emails

Storii Family users, including both Connections (Family and Friends invited to connect to loved ones) and Service Users themselves will now receive a weekly email update, summarizing key events that have been shared on their Storii feed. If preferred, this feature can be disabled by each user by accessing settings and heading to 'Email Preferences'.

➡ Community Announcement Instant Emails

The Community Announcements feature will now automatically send an email to all Connections and Service Users associated with a business once shared, displaying the content of the community announcement within the body of the email.

➡ Event invitation and reminder emails (Coming in 2 weeks)

When you invite a service user to an event or a service user / connection RSVP's to an event (when enabled), they will now receive 2 email notifications. The first email will be sent upon either the event being created in a calendar with service users invited, or if a calendar event is later edited to include service user invitations. The second email notification will be sent 30 minutes prior to an event starting.

This new feature is built primarily with Virtual Sessions (e.g. Bingo over Zoom) in mind, however it also has very practical applications for in person activities and events.

Connections will receive these email notifications if they sign up to an 'RSVPable ' event via Storii.

In order for a Service User to receive email notifications, they must first be invited to access their profile via an email address. The invite process is quick and simple:

Access a Service User's Profile > Settings > Account > Invite Service User. Enter their preferred email address and select 'Invite'. You can read more on this process via our support article.

These reminders can significantly increase attendance whilst consolidating event scheduling and reminders within one, easy to use solution. We look forward to bringing this to our clients shortly!
