This year, the StoriiCare team headed to Providence, Rhode Island for the National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) Conference, and came home reminded, once again, of just how much heart this industry runs on.

Product Updates, Center Stage

Our Head of Product, Mirko Jons, took the stage to walk attendees through everything new in StoriiCare. Watching a year of work be received well with a room full of the providers it was built for was a proud moment.

A Client Visit

We also stopped by Elmwood, one of our clients in Providence. Spending time in their center, seeing StoriiCare in daily use, and hearing directly from their team about what’s working (and what they’d love to see next) was a highlight of the trip. We showed them a few new features we think will make their day-to-day easier, and left with real feedback that’s already shaping what we build next. There’s nothing like watching the software at work in the hands of the people who use it every day.

A Community That Keeps Showing Up

As always, the real magic of NADSA was in the conversations. We caught up with clients we’ve come to know well, met new faces eager to hear how technology can lighten the load for their teams, and sat in on sessions covering the challenges and opportunities facing adult day services today. Providence brought the same energy Chicago did last year: a room full of people who genuinely care, trading ideas and encouragement in equal measure.

Leaving with Hope for What's Ahead

Every year, NADSA leaves us with the same feeling: hope. Hope for an industry finding new ways to support older adults and their families, hope for the providers doing this work every day, and hope for what we can keep building alongside them.
