➡ New Custom Branding Features

At StoriiCare we have always prided ourselves in giving our clients as much custom functionality as possible, whether customising a task type or a care plan - many care providers like using StoriiCare in their own, specific way. In this update, we have taken the ability for our clients to customise StoriiCare one step further.

StoriiCare clients are now able to choose their own colour scheme across the platform!

Colour schemes can be set, down to the exact HEX colour code on Business Settings via our new 'Appearance' section. Clients may wish to choose their exact company colours and implement that on StoriiCare. You can easily see how this looks, and if it is not a fit, you can revert back to StoriiCare's default colours in a few clicks. The colour scheme will impact all aspects of StoriiCare, from feature squares and text to PDF prints.

➡ Custom Terminology Updates

We often get requests to change the 'Service User' terminology we use across the StoriiCare system to 'Residents', 'Clients' or 'Participants'. When we created StoriiCare, we chose the term 'Service User' because it was a term we felt applied across the spectrum of care. With this update, clients are now able to decide for themselves which term they would like to use across our system. Choose from Service User, Resident, Client, Tenant, Supported Person, Customer, Participant, Person we serve or Person we support. We also extended this ability to Care Plans (Care Plan, Support Plan, Care Support Plan, Plan of Care) and Progress Notes (custom).

To change Service User or Care Plan terminology on StoriiCare, head to the new appearance section within Business Settings. You will see two dropdowns, one for Service Users and one for Care Plans. Choose your options, and select the save button on the bottom left. The terminology will then be updated across StoriiCare for all staff.

To change the Progress Notes term, this is slightly different. Select the progress notes feature, and then select the Settings Cog in the center of the page. From here, you will be able to set any custom terminology to replace the term progress note by entering a chosen term into the text box provided. (e.g. ID Note, Case Note, Clinical Note, Process Note) This change will then be reflected across the StoriiCare system, swapping the term Progress Notes for your chosen replacement.

➡ This is Me improvements

In order to be consistent with most other features on StoriiCare, This is Me has been updated to no longer appear in a window when selected. Instead, it will load within the existing view. You will also notice a slight improvement to This is Me load times.

➡ Tasks V1 Phase Out

REMINDER - Tasks V1 will be removed from the StoriiCare system in March 2021. Tasks V2 will be renamed simply as 'Tasks'. Any users still to move to Tasks V2 should do so now prior to the removal of Tasks V1.

Thank you for all your feedback! We truly appreciate you helping us make StoriiCare the best it can be. If you have any feature ideas, feedback or interest in testing upcoming functionality, please visit our feature request board from your StoriiCare profile or get in touch!
