We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of improvements and new features to StoriiCare.

Summary of Updates

➡ Messaging (Beta)

Introducing - StoriiCare Messaging! Users can now securely send direct messages to other staff members, connected families and even service users. Look out for the new Messaging square on your dashboard. This feature is currently in Beta mode, so it may be updated and changed regularly over the next few weeks. Please let us know your feedback via our Feature Requests page or by sending us an email!Remember - Administrators can at all times customise which features are available to staff. If you would like to disable and re-enable messaging at a later date, you can do so by going to Settings > Features and un-checking the "Messaging" box.

➡ Digital Signage V2

Our new Digital Signage enables you to remotely control multiple TV screens within any care facility. This update specifically enables providers to display:1. A new 'day view' with a list of activities occurring that day.2. A slideshow of custom images chosen by each provider.3. Custom text colours to suit your company branding.Try StoriiCare signage in my facility

➡ Day Care Register V1.1

Need to record service users arriving and leaving? Our new day care register can do just that! Sign in and out service users as they come and go, and let StoriiCare automatically calculate who is present and the hours of care provided. Print a register or view attendance records at any time. You can enable this feature by going to Settings > Features and checking the "Day Care Register" box.

➡ Accidents & Incidents V1.1

Record all your Accidents & Incidents in one place. We ensure that management review and comment on every log - it will be flagged for management and not marked as complete until a comment has been added.

➡ Group Login V2

If you manage more than one care site using StoriiCare, you will have access to our Group Login. V2 of group login now includes group activity analytics in addition to a range of trend graphs.

➡ Mobile Speed Improvements

We've made some updates to our iOS and Android apps, so please ensure you have updated the StoriiCare app via the Apple App Store / Android Play Store to the newest version for the best user experience!

➡ REMINDER - Request or vote on new features with ease

All StoriiCare clients now have access to our new feature request and bug reporting board. You will find a link to this titled 'Feature Requests' at the bottom of every StoriiCare page once you have logged in successfully. From here you can view and vote on pending features, create a new feature request or log a bug you may have encountered on StoriiCare. We believe this transparent move of making some of our development schedule public will encourage our clients to voice their ideas and help StoriiCare be the best it can be!
