We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of improvements and new features to StoriiCare.

Summary of Updates

➡ Care Planning Customisation

You can now customise the Care Planning section for each business! You can access your Care Plan template in Business Settings. Create new or remove existing care planning squares within the StoriiCare template - set your own titles and choose relevant images for each section. View a preview of what your customised care template will look like - remember to save your changes!

➡ Staff Noticeboard

A brand new feature we are launching today is the Staff Noticeboard. Admins now have the ability to post notices for all staff, and each staff member can record when they have read the notice by clicking the orange 'tick' button. New and unread notices will be highlighted, with a notification icon appearing on the Staff Noticeboard square when new notices have been added. You will find the Staff Noticeboard in your dashboard.

➡ Updated Settings

We made some simplifications to the settings page for both businesses and service user profiles. You'll still be able to access all your normal settings, but we've reduced some clutter and made certain sections easier to navigate.

➡ REMINDER - Request or vote on new features with ease

All StoriiCare clients now have access to our new feature request and bug reporting board. You will find a link to this titled 'Feature Requests' at the bottom of every StoriiCare page once you have logged in successfully. From here you can view and vote on pending features, create a new feature request or log a bug you may have encountered on StoriiCare. We believe this transparent move of making some of our development schedule public will encourage our clients to voice their ideas and help StoriiCare be the best it can be!
