We’ve always believed that the best way to build a brilliant product is by listening to our clients and acting on your feedback. This month, we have added a number of improvements and new features to StoriiCare.

This is our second product update in February. Happy Valentines!  

Summary of Updates

➡ We updated our updates!

From now on all users will be notified directly of any product updates when you log into StoriiCare. View a record of all our recent product updates from the training icon on the top right of the page.

➡ We updated our tab names

We had feedback that 'Users' wasn't the best phrase to describe those with StoriiCare accounts, as the tab also included service users who may not directly use the platform themselves. We have chosen to replace 'Users' with 'People'. We also changed the 'Archive' tab to become 'Media', as this seemed to make more sense to new staff using StoriiCare.

➡ We combined our Staff and Managers dashboard

The newly named 'Management' dashboard can now be accessed by enabling a toggle located at the top of your main dashboard. This toggle will only appear for those with admin rights on StoriiCare.

➡ Auto-direct to Dashboard on login as staff

To make accessing your day-to-day features as easy as possible, you will now be automatically directed to the Dashboard on login. If you need to access a service user profile straight away, you can do so by navigating to the people tab or accessing the service user slide-out list by clicking your profile picture icon on the top left of the page.Thank you for all your feedback!
